The Kroc is releasing new music & new routines at Super Stacker Saturday! Not a member, not a problem! Super Stacker is open to anyone who wants to try a class! Members this is your time to attend a class you’ve been wanting to try! All classes are 30 minutes long, so start stacking!

Ignite a passion for fitness, health, and wellness with our Family Boot Camp! Gather your entire family to learn healthy habits to help your family be fit together. Learn proper nutrition, good exercise form, but most of all, fun activities that will keep the whole family healthy and active. Masks are required for all indoor activities at the Kroc Center.
A 4-week long Bootcamp to teach couples how amazing it can be to train together. This program includes access to Kroc Center Virtual Training App to easily receive and track your workouts and progress. It also includes access to live personal trainers to serve you and answer your questions along the way, so you can do the workouts on your time.
Do you have a goal to run a 5k in 2021 but you have no idea where or how to start training for it? If you’re not used to running on a regular basis (or at all for that matter) join the My 1st 5K running program and gradually increase your running skills. This 8-week program includes access to Kroc Center Training App to track workouts and progress and access to live personal trainers to serve you. Learn proper running techniques and tips for proper breathing, race preparation, proper nutrition, and recovery, and end the program with your first actual race. Become a part of a group and run your first 5k this year! (15%OFF for members) Note: This class will take place indoors and outdoors.
Led by the Kroc Center’s very own trainer, JaNae, this women’s only seminar will emphasize the importance of strength training, program design, and fueling in an empowering setting that promises to teach women how to utilize weight training safely and without getting bulky.
There’s still time to drop those unwanted pounds by this Summer. Create healthy habits with our 60-day weight loss challenge. During the 8-week program, all participants will have the opportunity to work out with our Kroc Personal Trainers. You will receive a workout plan that includes weekly routines. Mandatory weigh-ins take place every Monday (starting April 13th). The person who loses the highest percentage of body weight will be declared our SLIM POSSIBLE WINNER! The winner wins a Kroc prize package worth over $200!
MOVE is a 45 min. conditioning class designed not only to increase the heart rate of the children but to encourage activity at a young age. This class is designed to develop strength, cardio, and agility. Perfect for junior athletes between seasons, and the child that just wants to be more active. Let’s MOVE! Reach is a 45 min., low-intensity mixture of Yoga, Pilates, and general stretching. This class is all about calming down. While teaching mobility and flexibility, this class also teaches breathing and stress coping techniques that will transfer over into everyday life. Walk It Out / Work It Out is a great way to get exercise into your day and build relationships with others. This class was created to get you moving to increase physical activity, walking distance, and speed. It will also help participants develop a walking plan that meets their particular needs, stay motivated, manage pain, exercise safely, and make friends with others with the same goals in mind. (Class moves indoors for cold or inclement weather)
Yoga on the Terrace: This Yoga class, which takes place outside, is a great class for the time we’re in. With the ability to socially distance as well as getting some fresh air and sunlight, this is a style of class that is needed. This class will not only get you in nature and moving, but it is also meant to get you to a much less agitated state of mind. Please bring your own yoga mat.
