Smart Start

Smart Start for Ages 15+, Free for Kroc members

Are you NEW to The Kroc? Meet with a Wellness Coach for a free 30-minute overview of The Kroc Center’s cardio and resistance training areas. Your coach can help you determine your body composition and body circumference measurements. 

Smart Start for Teens Ages 12–14, Free for Kroc members

This class is a prerequisite for ages 12–14 using The Kroc Center’s cardio and resistance equipment. Teens will receive a tour of the wellness training areas, learn safe and proper equipment use and wellness area etiquette.

Personal Training

Regardless of exercise experience, anyone can benefit from a personal trainer’s knowledge. Our trainers will help you set and reach short and long term goals. The first appointment consists of body composition testing, and a mini workout. Follow up appointments are recommended to keep your body progressing toward your goals.
