What is the Kroc?
The Kroc is a community center located right in the heart of the Harrisburg Community on the corner of Crawford Ave. and Broad Street. With over 80,000sq.ft. the Kroc Center is able to offer a wide variety of activities. Whether you are looking to create some healthier habits, wanting to learn something new, or trying to pick up a new hobby, the Kroc is the place for you!
What is the Kroc Scholarship Program?
The Salvation Army Ray & Joan Kroc Center is pleased to provide a scholarship program to help provide access to The Kroc Center. It was Joan Kroc’s vision and expectation that all individuals have equal opportunities to grow their natural gifts and talents. Scholarships are available for both Gold and Silver memberships. How Do I Apply?
- Pick up a Scholarship Application at any Salvation Army location or download by clicking below
- Mail completed application to The Kroc Center, 1833 Broad Street, Augusta,GA 30904 Att: Membership Manager
- Qualified applicants will be contacted to set up a Scholarship Review appointment
- If contacted please be prepared to present a copy of your most recent tax return. While a tax return is most helpful, we can also accept: check stubs, unemployment statement, social security, disability incomes, food stamps award letter, alimony, child support income, etc.
