Les Mills Launch Week = new music & new routines! All classes are FREE and available to everyone! Have a friend on the fence about joining the Kroc? Invite them to Launch Week’s Super Stacker Saturday from 8:30AM-Noon. These back-to-back 30-minute “mini classes” let you experience many classes offered at the Kroc all at once!

River Trek (AQUA) – Low impact, high resistance water trekking class

Hydro Fit (AQUA) – Low impact, high resistance cardio-strength workout using buoys and other water weights

Yoga Afloat (AQUA) – Dynamic movements with traditional yoga poses in water to help lengthen and strengthen muscles

Aqua Zumba (AQUA) – More like a pool party than a work out with easy-to-follow choreographed dance moves

Deep Water X (AQUA) – 30-minute deep water workout using flotation belt to enhancing intensity and improving overall fitness
